EL+ Turf Colorants
Product Information
- EL+ turf colorants are made from organic polymeric ingredients formulated to provide natural green color on dormant, semi-dormant and non-dormant grass.
- EL+ turf colorants can also be used on lawns that have brown grass due to heat stress, disease, insect infestation or pet waste.
Recommended Application Rates
- For dormant grass: apply at a rate of 250 sq. ft. per gallon of diluted material
- For non-dormant grass: apply at a rate of 500 sq. ft. per of diluted material
Best Practices
- Okay to apply in the presence of dew or frost
- Do not apply in windy conditions to minimize overspray
- Best not to apply less than 8 hours before a light rain or less than 24 hours before a heavy rain
